Health & Safety
We have set out on a journey to establish a zero-harm culture within our organization. This journey has been dubbed “Realizing Zero.” We expect all of our employees and clients to make a personal choice to work safely and to care for their co-workers by actively participating in our safety process as part of our efforts to create a zero-harm culture.
In addition to diligently managing field-related activities, we have defined a set of Safe Office Behaviours that guide our actions in an office setting.
We’ve completely integrated our HSE Management System into all aspects of our work exertion throughout the life cycle of a design handover and as part of our ‘ design – go – Check – reconsideration ’ route to HSE operation. Assignments learned are fed back into our processes as part of our nonstop enhancement model. systems are carried out with a chastened HSE gate process to insure that all HSE- related deliverables are addressed and reckoned for throughout the design
Social Responsibility
We work hard to be a positive presence in the communities where we do business. We collaborate with our clients. Providing training for the local workforce, improving educational resources and medical provisions, improving living conditions – such as dealing with efforts to improve drinking water supplies – or providing emergency assistance in the event of natural disasters are some examples. We also encourage our employees to be active participants in philanthropic, charitable, and other activities that contribute to our reputation as “good neighbours.” Furthermore, the company makes regular contributions to a variety of organisations that work to improve the quality of life in the communities in which we operate.
Giving back is an important part of the Zed MTech culture. Our work is motivated by community needs, and we are a strong supporter of programmes and organisations that make our community a better place to live. Zed MTech employees participate in a variety of health and social service organisations, youth programmes, education, and sports, all supported by the company’s resources.
